I suggest running the Windows Battery Report utility to get a clear picture of the state your battery is in.
See the article at the link for instructions on how to invoke the utility, use it and post it here in your next reply.
3-4.5 hours is actually a reasonable amount of time for battery use for a 15" laptop.

But it is supposed to hold charge for 8-12 hours based on the advertisement. As far as I remember in the first months it holds nearly 8 hours. I did all the tests and the battery is safe based on HP tools. Even I calibrated the battery 2 times based on HP instructions, Even recovered the laptop to the factory setting but the issue is still exist.

If you posted the results of the Windows Battery-Report utility, as I suggested in the article, I will be able to assess the condition of the laptop's battery.

Select the text in the Battery-Report with the cursor and right click to copy it to notepad.
You can copy (Ctrl-C) and paste (Ctrl-V) the text in your next reply to your thread.
