Go to the download portal and get the Intel MEI driver and install it. Let me know how that works out.

maybe I found error ,you can look there but I don't known  what's device  on my machine ?

 

 

 - SP70214 no work with Zbook 15 G3 but I very thank my brother

Well, looking at the latest screenshot of the Device Manager you posted, I do not see any devices without driver present.
