Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i am trying to get media creation tool to download so i can get my windows 10 to upgrade from windows 7.i get an

error code;0x80072EFD-0x2000.

Are you trying to directly upgrade in place or are you downloading the installer onto a usb disk?
