> Few letters are not functioning in keyboard.
It probably would be too inconvenient to use an external keyboard (either USB or BlueTooth interface). Correct?
So, your only option is to replace the keyboard.
You might find an identical keyboard on eBay for less than what you would pay via http://PartSurfer.hp.com
but you would either have to understand how to disassemble your computer enough to replace the keyboard,
or pay a qualified computer technician to do the replacement.

> all of a sudden one day keyboard started behaving unusual. But why such problem with keyboard ?
Did some "other person" in your household RECENTLY spill some liquid onto the keyboard, and not tell you?
At some not-so-recent date, did some "other person" spill some sugar-with-coffee or cream-with-coffee or sugar-with-soda-pop onto your keyboard? As that liquid dries, it leaves a residue that can cause electrical "short-circuit" problems, and thus produce the symptoms you reported.
> Is it a common issue with HP laptops ?
No. Not even with non-HP keyboards.
