The motherboard has suddenly failed and requires a full replacement, with an estimated cost of 19,000 EGP. It's quite unreasonable for such a critical component to become defective after only 2 years of usage.
We kindly ask you to review this case and escalate it to the support center, requesting that they consider covering the repair under warranty. While we understand that the official warranty period has expired, we trust in your company's solid reputation and hope you can either extend goodwill coverage or offer a significant discount to support us in this situation.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
thanks,
Mohamed
