Hi:

From the info I could find, your notebook comes with an AMD processor.

If that is correct, it is unlikely that any Intel card will work in your notebook.

See if you can get either of these cards:

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 724935-001

Broadcom BCM943228HMB 802.11 a/b/g/n 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo   HP part # 730668-001

The first card I posted (dual band AC) has a maximum throughput of 867 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band and the second card I posted (dual band N) has a maximum throughput of 300 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.

If you are running W10, below are the links to the latest Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers HP has for those model cards, which use the same driver:

Broadcom Wireless LAN Driver (Windows 10)

7.35.351.0

Broadcom Bluetooth Driver 

12.0.1.921

sp75330.exe

After you install the Wi-Fi driver, you will get a Windows update which will install 7.35.352.0, which was the last version of the driver that Broadcom released for those model Wi-Fi adapters.
