well hello everyone , i just wondering about if i have a dgpu on my hp 650 probook g1 cuz in another copies of this laptop it has a dgpu like amd radeon hd 8790m and chipset like QM87 and i have this chipset model so when i was just trying to cleaning the fan i saw the heatsink has two cooling channels one for cpu and another one for gpu as the pepole say when i asked and im just wondering if i having a dgpu or just another useless channel on heatsink cuz the os can didn’t recognized the dgpu only the igpu so that’s im not sure if i have a dgpu or just a useless heatsink channel cuz i don’t have enough tools to check it out in myself and thank you all

If you look at p. 40 of the Manual that model series could have either a dedicated video option or an integrated:
