Hi,
Hard drive had failed.
You've to replace it with a new one of similar form factor
Use HP Recovery USB that you should've created after first setup of this notebook to factory reset after replacement
If you need to salvage data from failed HDD, you could try booting from LiveCD and copy files you need to an external drive
