Hello
I received this laptop this morning at 9am.
And 11:16am I used the ludashi (a test software) to test the hardwares . The computer has only been used for two hours, and the result shows that the hard disk has been used for four hours and used 17 times. Is it a machine that was returned before?
Or the test result is not correct?
When I received it,the laptop had installed Microsoft office and McAfee, maybe the
technicians used hard disk before?
I will be so grateful if someone can reply me(◦˙▽˙◦)

hello,
check your harddisk status with CrystalDiskInfo, there you can see the real running hours of your "new" harddrive" and the S.M.A.R.T. health status:
https://crystalmark.info/en/download/#CrystalDiskInfo
Note:
Regarding the runtime of the hard drive, it could be, that HP tested the notebook for quality tests before delivery. This should possibly be taken into account. It could also have been a returned product. As long as the hard drive works 100% properly, you should not worry. If necessary, ask HP support directly again.
best regards
