Hi @dualhdmi,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand the HP 15s-fq2000 laptop typically has a single HDMI port, so you would need additional hardware to connect dual monitors. Here's how you can do it:
- USB to HDMI Adapter: Use a USB to HDMI adapter to connect the second monitor. You would connect the adapter to a USB port on your laptop and then connect the HDMI cable from the adapter to the monitor.
- Docking Station: A docking station can also provide additional HDMI ports and other connectivity options. Connect the docking station to your laptop via USB-C or another compatible port, and then connect your monitors to the docking station.
- HDMI Splitter: An HDMI splitter can duplicate the signal from one HDMI port to two monitors, but it generally mirrors the display rather than extending it.
Refer to this document: HP Laptop PC 15s-fq2000 (2D119AV) User manual

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
