No, CPU is integrated to its system board and can not be replaced/upgraded. If you wish, you can buy a new system board (if available) which contains CPU and few other things including new Windows license. Sounds like a new machine, very expensive.

You can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11.
I upgraded a HP 350 G1 notebook this way that has the Intel Core i3-4005U processor.
