hello, I have 

HP Notebook - 15q-bu004tu

 

Is this notebook have more than 1 RAM card inserting channels.

Can it support 8GB or 16GB ram card in a single channel.

 

One more interesting question !

 

It have Intel 620 as graphics. How much vram it have

Does it have 512MB or 1GB ?

 

Please help me

The laptop has 2 memory slots and can take up to 2 x 8 gig DDR4-2400 memory modules. Here is the Service manual:

 

Manual

 

See p. 54 for "how to". What is it you want to do? 

 

Don't worry about vram. Its fixed by the system and cannot be changed. You will see various numbers for the amount of memory used by the Intel video but you cannot use that number the way we used to think about video memory. It's a weak video card that will not play games but is just fine for everything else.
