hello sir 

recently my pc wifi adapters are getting uninstalled i have installed the drivers according to my realtek hardware 

sometimes it doesn't install ,and sometimes when its installed it unistalls automatically i have even tried reinstalling my windows  please help me and also i have found these in the network adapter properties :Device PCI\VEN_10EC&DEV_B723&SUBSYS_804C103C&REV_00\4&250c66c4&0&00E5 requires further installation.

i even updated my bios and reset the bios setting please help  i have exams coming up pls

Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to help you with getting the Realtek card to work.

 

It is probably defective and needs to be replaced.

 

I suggest you purchase a USB Wi-Fi adapter and use that to connect to the internet and just use the Realtek card for the Bluetooth.

 

They make very small size USB adapters that hardly stick out of the USB port nowadays.

You may have a hardware problem with the Wi-Fi card.

thanks for help ,i have installed the driver. but as usual it worked for some time and again got the same issue.any idea of what might be the issue

I believe that is a good decision.

 

They sell some dual band ones, so you may as well get one of those so you can connect to the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.
