I want to enable my fingerprint but there's no biometric driver in my device. I'm using an Elitebook 820 G4

Your Fingerprint Hardware ID is USB\VID_138A&PID_003f (sp96234.exe).
From the Microsoft Update Catalog, here is the list of drivers.

Your laptop OS is Windows 11 or Windows 10?
Or another OS?

You can also search for drivers from Driver Easy Pro.
