hi , i have a 16gb laptop(the default ram that comes with the laptop) i would like to know if i can upgrade my ram and if so how much ram can my laptop handle?, i hope it can handle 32 gb of ram

Hi:

 

The older models supported 2 x 16 GB of memory, so yours should as well.

 

See chapter 1 of the older service manual for the memory upgrade info.  You will want to use DDR4-3200 memory.
