Product: HP laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HELP My frame is bulging out on the left side and the hinge is loose and I am afraid to close the top of my laptop. I have not dropped or hit my laptop in any way. I see there are a lot of problems with this design flaw from reading other posts. This computer is less than 2 years old I believe. My model number is17-bs028cy.
