and also core 2 quad q9550s that feature also please tell me because i need to upgrade this win 10 pc to windows 11 insider 24H2 it requires Popcnt!

If you are interested in installing W11 on your PC as is, you can read this discussion for how I upgraded several HP and Dell notebook and desktop PC's that did not meet the W11 hardware requirements to W11 22H2/22H3

You have to use the version of the Rufus utility that I zipped up and attached in the discussion (v3.18).

If the in-place upgrade fails, you should be able to clean install W11 using the bootable W11 installation flash drive you made with Rufus.

I had no problem installing W11 on a dc7800 CMT that has an Intel E8300 processor.

I'm also running W11 in a dc7900 SFF that has an Intel Q9505 processor.

Both of the above models are older than the HP 4400 Pro.

I already installed win11 23H2 on this core 2 duo E7500 and it ran no problem.  so I need to test the win11 24H2 that insider preview with rufus so does this Q1 2009 core 2 duo E7500 supports PopCnt? Because the PopCnt instruction is required to boot windows 11 24H2 or the win11 doesn't boot.

That I wouldn't know.

The only place I know of where to find processor info is from the Intel website.
