Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i was wondering how I could open the back of my notebook so I could install the ram I bought, I got the screws off but I don't know how to take out the disc drive, and is a butter knife a good prying tool my product number is Z3P72UA#ABA

The only suggestion I can offer if you have not done so already, would be to see if reading the service manual is of help to you...
