how many slots in this model? can I upgrade the ram upto 8gb with buying one more 4gb ram(2slots) or changing with new 8gb ram(1slot) or unchagable? thanks.

Hi again,

Your PC has one slot and max RAM is 8GB DDR4 2400Mhz. So you will need to buy a 8GB stick and replace the 4GB stick. You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Hynix...
