Are you sure it is hp 5521 ? Because hp 5521 is a printer.  Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Your machine is an HP 15-r131wm Notebook PC. Its specs

It uses  a 2.16GHz Intel Pentium N3540 Processor with Turbo Boost up to 2.66GHz which is Bay Trial processor therefore it has 1 slot of RAM DDR3-1333MHz Dual Channel Support (DDR3L-1600 downgraded to DDR3-1066).

You can't add more memory but you can replace existing 4GB DDR3L SDRAM (1 DIMM) with a new 8GB DDR3L SDRAM (max) using the following vendor

ok thank you and i save the link and now i like to know where in my laptop is the memory chip located at i was able to get it open and i see where the hdd is but i dont see any memory chip to remove i only see the wifi chip with a wire to it ??? can you help me locate where it is or a video like youtube ??
