Hi,
Can you explain a little more what you want to know.
Did you replace the drive in your notebook with a new drive or add another drive to your notebook? What notebook model ?
Do you want to clean install Windows 10? Do you have a Windows 10 bootable USB drive or DVD. (If not you can make one on another PC)
Turn off the PC by holding power button until shutdown. Press the power button and keep pressing ESC until the startup menu appears. Press F9 to enter boot menu and choose you Windows installation media.
Once booted choose custom install and choose the new 1TB drive.
Now if you added another drive to the PC and want to initialize it, you need to go into Disk Manager. Press Win Key + X and choose Disk Manager and initialize the drive.
Hope it helps,
David
