Your notebook's memory is an integral part of the motherboard and cannot be upgraded.

 

You can determine that information by two ways:

 

The product specs page.

 

HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0045au Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

If the memory specs indicate the memory is onboard, then it is soldered to the motherboard.

 

The service manual:

 

Maintenance and Service Guide HP ENVY x360 13 Convertible PCIMPORTANT! This document is intended for...

 

Chapter 1 indicates the memory is onboard and not upgradable.

 

Chapter 5 has no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
