My HP Pavilion 15 Notebook PC wifi card not working. Service center is not responding to my calls. What should I do?

Installed those drivers & after restart, the wifi is not working. The wifi symbol is not showing on start menu /notification panel .device manager panel is not showing the wifi card. The troubleshoot errors are

1." A network cable is not properly plugged in or maybe broken"

2. WIFI adapter is facing driver or hardware-related problems.
