To reset or update the BIOS on your HP Envy x360 Laptop 15-fe0xxx, follow these steps:

Navigate to the HP Drivers and Downloads:

Identify your Product:

  • Enter your laptop's serial number or product name (HP Envy x360 Laptop 15-fe0xxx).

Access Software, Drivers, and Firmware:

  • Click on the Software, Drivers, and Firmware option.

Select Operating System:

  • Choose your operating system and version, then click Submit.

Locate BIOS Update:

  • Expand the BIOS section by clicking the Plus (+) sign.
  • Select the appropriate BIOS version for your laptop.
  • The latest BIOS version for HP Envy x360 Laptop 15-fe0xxx is F.06, Rev 1 (SP152801).
  • Download BIOS update here.

Download and Install BIOS:

  • Click the Download button to start the download.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.

HP ENVY x360 Convert 15-es0003 and the computer freeze when it start the installation for the bios version f20. I have to old the power button 10 seconds to turn it off

Here’s what you can try:

 

Perform a Hard Reset: Hold the power button for 10–15 seconds to fully shut down the laptop.

 

Clear CMOS / Reset BIOS:

Disconnect the charger.

Press and hold Windows + B, then press and hold the Power button for 2–3 seconds. Release all keys.

If successful, your system should initiate BIOS recovery. Follow the on-screen steps.

If the issue persists or the system doesn’t respond, we recommend rolling back or re-flashing the BIOS using a recovery USB from the HP BIOS Recovery page.
