Microsoft Windows 11

I previously used the HP Thunderbolt Dock G2 with my ThinkPad without issues. Recently, I switched to a new AMD laptop with USB4 connectivity. When I connected the dock, I received a warning that "DisplayPort (DP) connections may be limited." To resolve this, I attempted to update the firmware for the G2. However, after the upgrade, my new laptop no longer recognizes the G2 at all—only the Ethernet adapter driver is visible. I’d like to know how to roll back the firmware to restore basic docking functionality, as the dock is now unusable.

I have this exact same issue. There is a force install option which can be used to downgrade or upgrade but I haven't been able to find a old dock fw version to perform a downgrade.
