hp 11.6 stream Notebook pc 11 shows enter admin password or power on password. When I press F11 to go and reset it nothing happens, and yes I'm pressing F11 8 times.  Even when I put in the password and hit enter I get System Disabled 51448691.  

 

Product #K3Y84UA#ABA  Serial #[Personal Information Removed]. O/S 8.1.

Help my hp stream was stolen now ice gotten it back after having to pay for it twice. But when I turn it on it says admin password or power on password ... What do I need to do so upset thanks !!!!
