Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello all.

So I bought a 15s-eq2008np (3E7K3EA) it was supposed to have keyboard backlight but I can't turn it on. I search all the keyboard for a fn+button to turn it on but there's none. In the bios I've the option to choose options to turn it off (never turn it off, 30s without touching etc). This is a ankward problem, in the product datasheet it says that this model has keyboard backlight.

Can anyone help me to turn it on?

Did you saw the link that I put on 1st post? It's from the official HP site in Portugal.

I'll translate for you: "backlit keyboard with numeric pad integrated. So it should have the backlight keyboard key but it doesn't have.

Shame on you HP for tricking your clients with false advertising on you website.

 

I'm not happy with this. Are you?
