I want to connect TV with HDMI but my notebook doesn't have HDMI port so I use uGreen hub to connect HDMI to my TV.

But it doesn't work.  I check Digital Output in Sound control window, it already enabled driver but show "Not plugged in".  How to fix this issue?

I looked at the spec for your system and the USB-C ports do not carry video.  That uGreen cannot be used for video

You mentioned you do not have HDMI.  I assume this is custom system and HDMI was removed.

Normally it is at location 6

Go the the below site and enter your serial number

look for a modular HDMI board that possibly you could use to upgrade your laptops.  This is just a guess on my part.
