Product: hp 250 g1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
! Cpu fan works all the time, when cpu is COOLED and it coming out COLD AIR (I took apart the laptop and cleaned good)
CPU is intel celeron 1000m and it never warming self (never!) NO THROTTLE
used passively, first at school a couple of years, and now as a tTV in my living room at home!
not noise, but annoying a little

Just turned off the function Fan always on in the BIOS.
I'm smаrter than experts, why are they pаid by HP?
