Hi @bellc-envy

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.

If your HP 410 Bluetooth mouse keeps disconnecting from your HP Envy x360 running Windows 11, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Update Bluetooth Drivers

  • Go to the HP Support website and enter your laptop model (HP Envy x360) to download the latest Bluetooth drivers.
  • Install the drivers and restart your laptop.

2. Bluetooth Power Management Settings

  • Press Windows + X and select 'Device Manager'.
  • Expand the 'Bluetooth' section.
  • Find your Bluetooth adapter, right-click it, and select 'Properties'.
  • Go to the 'Power Management' tab.
  • Uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.
  • Click 'OK' and close the Device Manager.

3. Update Windows 11

  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Update & Security' > 'Windows Update'.
  • Check for updates and install any available updates.

4. Check Bluetooth Services

  • Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.
  • In the 'Services' window, scroll down to find 'Bluetooth Support Service'.
  • Double-click it, set the 'Startup type' to 'Automatic', and click 'Start' if the service is not running.
  • Click 'Apply' and 'OK'.

5. Disable Bluetooth Device Sleep Option

  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Devices' > 'Bluetooth & other devices'.
  • Click 'More Bluetooth options' under the 'Related settings' section.
  • In the 'Bluetooth Settings' window, go to the 'Hardware' tab.
  • Click on your Bluetooth adapter, click 'Properties', and go to the 'Power Management' tab.
  • Uncheck 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.

6. Run Bluetooth Troubleshooter

  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Update & Security' > 'Troubleshoot' > 'Additional troubleshooters'.
  • Find and run the 'Bluetooth' troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.

7. Ensure Mouse Firmware is Updated

  • If HP provides firmware updates for the HP 410 mouse, download and install the latest firmware from the HP Support website.

8. Pair the Bluetooth Device Again

  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Devices' > 'Bluetooth & other devices'.
  • Remove the HP 410 mouse from the list of paired devices.
  • Re-pair the mouse by turning it off and back on, then following the pairing instructions.

9. BIOS Update

  • Go to the HP Support website and enter your laptop model.
  • Check for any available BIOS updates and follow the instructions to update your BIOS.

Let me know how it goes.
