hp H7-2250US lagging when i unplug charger

Hi everyone my new laptop (hp H7-2250US) starts lagging whenever i play videos on chrome browser then whole system starts lagging and when i plug my laptop charger it stops lagging whats the problem? i cannot plugged it to charger everytime how can i solve this issue i have already reinstalled the window but same problem laptop taking more than 30 mintues to install window if i unplugged the charger how can i solve this issue please help me

What would make you thing that reinstalling Windows would solve a lagging issue?  All you basically did was make matters worse -- because Windows Update will find out your PC is out of date and will then tie up the PC for HOURS downloading and installing Windows Updates to make it current.

Streaming requires lots of resources -- processor and video -- and that requires lots of power.  So, when you disconnect the charger, the PC automatically throttles back to conserver battery use.  I do streaming on a 4-core laptop and with the charger connected, it uses nearly 100% of all four cores while the streaming is being done.
