Hi again i tried the vista x32 and the same happened but installed all the drivers for vista both versions of synaptic A B doesnt worked i tried troubleshooting the problem from device manager by uninstalling mouse drivers and synaptic now the keyboard is working fine without going to sleep as before but the mouse is completely not functional but thats weird because before installing windows 7 64 the mouse was lagging but now no movement at all is it a hardware issue with the mouse itself my device manager doesnt show any driver issue except for touchpad can u guide me how to troubleshoot the hardware or i have to buy a new touchpad in the link above are pictures and 3 files from error reports and solution from control panel

Thanks for the reply, recommend you to install all the updates from Windows. Also, uninstall the driver again from the device manager and delete the driver when prompted.
Restart the computer and install the driver again from our website. If the issue persists, open device manager and check if the touchpad is disabled or enabled. If it is disabled, please enable it.
Let me know how it goes.
