Firstly what is your HP ENVY Laptop 13-ad0xx  ? For example HP ENVY - 13-ad010nr, its specs

         https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c05573967

The above machine has

  • 2 USB 3.1 Type-C™ Gen 1 (Data Transfer up to 5 Gb/s, Power Delivery, DP1.2, HP Sleep and Charge);
  • 2 USB 3.1 Gen 1 (1 HP Sleep and Charge);
  • 1 headphone/microphone combo

In theory you can use a COMPATIBLE USB-C charger to charge your machine. Your machine uses one of the following chargers

  1. 65-W HP Smart AC adapter (non-PFC, EM, RC, 4.5-mm)  part # 913691-850
  2. 65-W HP Smart AC adapter (non-PFC, 4.5-mm, with mount) part #  854117-850
  3. 45-W HP Smart AC adapter (non-PFC, 4.5-mm, with mount) part #  854116-850

Regards.
