Product: HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 13-ay0008na
Hi
I have had my laptop for 18 months, purchased direct from HP in Feb 21. One of the hinges has recently come away  (the laptop hasn't been dropped or mis-used) which has also caused a problem with the top cover of the keyboard. When i've looked for support on this i can't see replacement parts but have noticed that this is a common issue with this model. Are HP offering any  help with this as it seems more of a design issue than anything else?
Could you please help me with this?
