I bought this envy in 2020, but recently it started lagging and slowing down, upon contacting hp support and TVS they told me to downgrade to windows 10, which I feel is not a solution cause when one buys an expensive laptop I expect to use the latest features an software. It's been 2-3 months and they are not ready to provide a solution. I want to know if there is any way to escalate this to the HP global team as the Indian team is not ready to help and they are rude and very unprofessional

Let me check your current system configuration.

 

(1) Run    msinfo32

- Select <System Summary>:

--->>> Copy/screenshot/paste following key/value pairs:

Version

System SKU

( equals HP product number (p/n) )

Processor

BIOS Version/Date

 

(2) Start Windows <Device Manager>

- Expand <Disk drives>

- Expand <Display adapters>

- Expand <Network adapters>

- Expand <Sound, video and game controllers>
