Can i upgrade my hp laptop HP 15-cw1063wm with 4+16=20gb memory. Does this laptop supports more than 16 gb of ram and is this combination support.

Hi:
You can install up to 2 x 16 GB of memory in our notebook, according to the crucial memory report.
Memory RAM & SSD Upgrades | hp - compaq | pavilion 15-cw series | Pavilion 15-cw1064wm | Crucial.com
The above model also has a Ryzen 3xxx processor like yours.
The service manual indicates that the max is 2 x 8 GB, but the Crucial memory report is almost always correct.
