HI @Belleofla,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To scan multiple pages at once using your HP OfficeJet Pro 8130e, you can either use the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) if available, or scan multiple pages manually through the flatbed scanner.
Using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF)
If your model has an ADF, follow these steps:
- Place your documents into the ADF (usually on the top of the printer). Ensure the pages are aligned and placed face-up, with the top edge entering the feeder first.
- Open the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device.
- Select Scan from the app’s home screen.
- Choose your printer if prompted and configure your scan settings (such as resolution, color, etc.).
- Make sure "Source" is set to Document Feeder (or ADF).
- Click Scan. The printer will automatically scan each page placed in the feeder.
Scanning Multiple Pages Manually
If you need to scan multiple pages from the flatbed:
- Place the first page on the flatbed scanner.
- Open the HP Smart app and choose Scan.
- After the first page is scanned, you’ll be prompted with an option to add more pages.
- Place the next page on the scanner and click Add or Scan Next Page.
- Repeat the process for each page.
- When all pages are scanned, click Done to save or send the document.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
