Hello @rickcarter,
The OMEN by HP - 15-dc0084tx should use a 150W AC adapter with HP Spare Part number 917649-850.
You can then use the HP Spare part number(s) in the HP Parts store here. You may also be able to find it elsewhere on the Internet.
Hope this helps,
Eddy

Hello @rickcarter,
Apologizes for the late response.
Well, they both seem quite similar so I would personally try it out. They are both rated at 150W and 4.5mm.
You could also ask for clarification from the Sales Department Chat Service which appears on the right-hand side of the store screen after landing on the HP India page.
All the best,
Eddy

You should be under warranty and should let HP replace it for you.
Have you not contacted them yet?
If not, use this link and follow the prompts...

Hmm... I had unfortunately assumed that you had already contacted HP or were out of warranty.
Therefore, you should contact HP and wait for a response because I wouldn't find a reason why you would want to shell out some cash for an AC adapter when you can get one replaced free of cost...
