hello. my laptop is hp pavilion 14-ce0068ur. it has the ability to install an m2 ssd drive. judging by the type of interface on the motherboard, this is m2 key M. Updated the bios of the laptop to the latest. I bought a gigabyte ssd nvme 256gb ssd drive interface PCI-E 3.0 x4. installed it in my laptop. As a result, the laptop does not see this m2 ssd. tell me how can I fix this?

It's not the same.
The 14-Ce0068st has an Intel Core processor.

Hi:
The service manual indicates that M.2 SSD's are supported in the model series.
However, I looked up the specs on your notebook and I see that it comes with an Intel Pentium® Gold 4415U processor.
If I were a betting man, I would say that notebooks with the Pentium processors only support the M.2 SATA SSDs mentioned in the service manual and only the notebooks with the Intel Core processors support NVMe SSD's.

here is the solution on the same laptop. ssd disk samsung started on it.
