i only have one space for a pcie nvme m.2 ssd in my laptop and nothing else. can an additional ssd or nvme be added some way? i really just want some type of 2nd hard drive .

Hi:

 

If you need more storage, you will have to replace the 256 GBV NVMe SSD with one having a greater storage capacity such as 500 GB or 1 TB.

 

The service manual indicates that only M.2 NVMe SSDs are supported and only one M.2 slot.

 

2.5" drives are not supported.  See chapter 1 of the service manual for the supported drive types.
