Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hello so i was benchmarking the cpu with cinebench 15 and the cpu is a i5 8265u and i was only getting around 400 on multicore wheras people with the same cpu have been getting around 600 which is a big  difference, is anyone with the same laptop having similar problems or is there a way to fix the problem?

HP does not recommend to use Third-party measuring apps as they are not tested by HP and may not be accurate.

most people use it and its is very accurate, but if you have a better form of benchmarking please inform me
