Big difference between booting into uefi mode to do diagnostics, which changes nothing on the hard drive and changing the manner in which the computer boots to the operating system. And did you install the UEFI on the hard drive or onto a usb thumb drive? Is your hard drive formatted/partitioned using mbr method or gpt?

Yes i tried to format it using gpt but it says boot device not found so i had to format the hard drive to mbr agian and install windows all over again because uefi option ist there and what do you mean by install uefi on the drive

UEFI requires that you place some files in a special partition on the hard drive so works a bit differently than BIOS which all resides in a chip soldered to the motherboard. Your laptop has BIOS but it can have an UEFI interface if properly set up on the hard drive of the computer or you can boot into the same interface from a thumb drive. The UEFI app download I linked above has an option to make it happen either way you choose.

Its a Windows executable. Just run it and follow the screen prompts. At one point it gives the option to install to the hard drive or to a usb flash drive. Does not support DDR3-1600 speed. It uses -1333 memory. Can't find specs for your unit. If its first gen Intel Core you have to use DDR3-1333 dual rank. The 1st gen systems are very finicky on memory. If its 2d gen you might get by with DDR3L-1600 single rank but it would run at 1.5 volt and downclock to 1333 speed.
