You are right I tryed using 1. 8GB ram stick and it didn't work then I had to use 2 4 GB ram sticks then it worked but how do I know if my core i5 is 1st generation cpu and I want to download windows 11 my hp is fully compatible with it but the only thing is my computer is not uefi I don't know how to make it uefi someone needs to give me a proper solution my laptop supports uefi mode but it's just not there there is no option to select uefi windows 11 dosent support legacy bios mode

HP Recommended

And you need TPM 2.0 which you are not going to have and it needs a much newer processor for Windows 11.
