Spectre x360

Is anyone here from the Philippines who has a Spectre x360? I bought mine in March, and because of the lockdown, I hardly used my laptop except to edit documents and watch some videos. It has always been sitting on my desk. Yesterday, I opened it and the screen just cracked. Now there are portions of the screen that come alive on its own (clicking randomly on a specific spot). Now i am having a hard time to use it because of the defective screen. Can i have HP replace the screen without them charging me? I paid a HUGE Amount for this top-of-the line unit, but I am now disappointed.

@RegSmtr I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.

Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.

Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
