Hello, I have an HP Victus S1010NT laptop with a Ryzen 7 8845HS processor, GTX 4060 graphics card, and 32 GB of RAM. I'm experiencing micro stuttering , especially in PUBG and Days Gone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the graphics card drivers, but it hasn't solved the problem. I would be very grateful if you could help me find a solution. I use my computer in both discrete and performance modes.There are no heating issues; I bought it about 5 months ago.

Lets try the below steps to help balance performance and reduce stutter on your HP Victus s1010nt.
1.Update BIOS and Chipset Drivers
Outdated BIOS or AMD chipset drivers can cause CPU/GPU imbalance and stuttering.
Visit HP Support → Drivers & Software → Enter your product model
Download and install the latest BIOS update
Update AMD chipset drivers
Restart system after installation
2.Enable Windows Game Mode
Game Mode prioritizes gaming resources and reduces background interference.
Go to Settings → Gaming → Game Mode
Toggle Game Mode ON
Disable unnecessary background apps
3.Adjust NVIDIA Control Panel Settings
Optimizing GPU settings can improve frame pacing.
Open NVIDIA Control Panel → Manage 3D Settings
Set Preferred refresh rate to Highest available
Enable Low Latency Mode
Apply changes
4.Test Discrete GPU Lock
Locking to discrete GPU ensures consistent GPU usage and reduces CPU bottleneck.
Open HP Omen Gaming Hub → Performance Control
Switch from Hybrid to Discrete GPU only
Restart system and test games
5.Check Windows Updates
Go to Settings → Windows Update
Install all pending updates
Restart system after updates
6.Run a Clean Boot
Clean boot helps detect if third-party apps are interfering with performance.
Press Win + R → type msconfig → Enter
Under Services, check Hide all Microsoft services
Disable all remaining services
Restart system and test games

I think I understand the problem completely. In discrete mode, GPU usage is lower than CPU usage, putting a lot of load on the CPU, which is causing stuttering. Do you have any suggested solutions? Thank you.

After formatting Windows, I downloaded the chipset driver from the AMD website, updated the BIOS, and my Nvidia settings are the same as you suggested. When using game mode or performance mode, CPU usage is higher. All updates are complete, and after this, I noticed that I get much more stable performance in PUBG with the hybrid GPU in balanced mode. Could the GPU be faulty? Thanks for your help
