hp x360 , envy hinge replacement issue

I’m filing a consumer complaint against HP for the known hinge defect in the Envy x360 series.

This is a manufacturing/design flaw This happened to me despite careful use. I feel cheated, especially since this is marketed as a premium laptop.

I am collecting evidence of the issue and references to similar cases, including user reports, forums, and even an older HP hinge lawsuit in the US.

I have the same issue as Ayx, except mine is on the right side. I also do not use it as a tablet.  My HP is Pavilion x360 purchased in 2023.  Not even used daily and didn't hold up.  HP used to be quality, apparently not anymore 😞

there is no support from hp. And if the product is from other country they are like go the parent or purchased country get their repaired

Does anyone know if all top covers for envy 360 convertible 15m are same size.... hinge out and looking to purchase a new top cover with hinge.   Videos are showing on how to repair

They certainly should assume responsability. They don't even respond, they send us to ask the community. I was a brand loyal, but  now I'm so disappointed.

I have the same exact issue. HP is  just sending to talk to each other.
