Hi

If you go to this page, scroll down,  you can get Diagnostics Uefi

and HP PC Hardware diagnostics.

You should be able to enter diagnostics from your PC 

Turn off the PC by holding the power button until shutdown

press the power button and repeatedly press ESC until startup menu appears

Press F2 to enter diagnostics.
