Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

my laptop model is HP Notebook - 15-bs542tu. My warranty period has expired. Now it's about 3 years. 

I can't fold my laptop, because it's hinges are broken. I don't know how it has happened. Please give me a solution to repair it. can I get a full service from you?  is it cost large amount ?

Repairs are possible but not cheap. In India I recommend taking it to an HP Service Center. There are lots of them in India and they are able to do repairs that the ones in the USA will not. Get them to look at it and tell you what needs replacement. Hinge issues can cause so much damage to large plastic components that the expense of replacement makes no sense. Go here:

Select India and consumer laptop and desktop and it will give you a list of Centers with phone numbers. Call first.
