Pavilion laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i have a pavilion 360 and the fan has started to run continuously.  I've cleaned the air vents on the side and  underneath but it still runs all the time and heat builds up underneath the unit and blows out hot air.  My machine is just about one year old.  Not sure what to do next?

Hello, what you have done before this problem??

In few models you have an option in the BIOS for this, so you can check. For access to this you need to reboot your PC, taping F10 key when you have the blank screen and the HP logo.

If I have been answer to your question please accept it as a solution 🙂

I updated the firmware and this seems to have fix my issue as the fan is not running all the time as it had before
