i want to install SSD but don't know which interface to use nvme or sata

What is your 15da1091 machine ?  Is its an HP Notebook 15-da1051tu machine ? Its specs

It has 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA HDD. You can add M.2 SATA-3 SSD to your machine such as https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/sata-ssd/ssd-860-evo-sata-3-m-2-1tb-mz-n6e1t0bw/
